INSERTING

Inserting is the process of taking your printed flyer, circular, letter, or other product and inserting it into another printed product such as a magazine, newspaper, circular jacket, or envelope.

Advanced inserting capacity

Our Muller Martini Alphaliner and Heidelberg 632 inserters are state of the art, with 22 into 1 capacity, compared to 7 into 1 for most inserters. This means that Susquehanna Printing can accommodate 22 inserts into a single jacket. This high-volume capacity gives our customers additional revenue opportunities by maximizing the number of printed inserts  possible. We can insert multiple-sized printed pieces at an eye-popping rate of 10,000 to 18,000 per hour.

Inserting services from Susquehanna Printing allow our customers to increase revenue by placing many types of inserts into a jacket. Types of inserts Susquehanna Printing can handle include business-reply envelopes (BREs), magazines, coupons, letters, flyers, postcards, advertising booklets, blow-in cards, and much more.

To create the greatest efficiencies in cost and time savings for your company, have Susquehanna Printing first print your jacket (newspaper, booklet, or other main printing project) and then have us print the inserts and place them into the jacket. The inserts can be the same size or smaller than the jacket. Susquehanna Printing can produce both the inserts and the jacket quickly and cost-effectively.

Our automated inserting equipment provides the highest level of speed and accuracy in the industry today with fully automated inline folding, collating, metering, sealing, and sorting.

And, if you are mailing your finished project, our mailing services team will prepare your statements, letters, advertising flyers, invoices or any other mail piece to receive the greatest postage discount possible.
